Precision clockmaker Erwin Sattler is located in a leafy, outer suburb of Munich and this was our next stop on our watchmaker tour.
The building itself is a tribute to the pendulum clock for which the company is best known (alongside their extraordinary watch winders).
The entire height of the building was specially renovated to showcase a stunning pendulum clock which was mounted by hand, via a narrow staircase that presented more than a few challenges.
