The Damasko DS30 – Green is a refined, compact tool watch that balances subtle elegance with robust functionality. The standout feature of the DS30 series is its use of bead-blasted German submarine steel, a material known for its extraordinary hardness, corrosion resistance, and amagnetic properties. This steel is crack-resistant and holds up against even the harshest elements, including extended exposure to saltwater. The case, bezel, and crown are all constructed from this submarine-grade steel, offering long-term durability and a sleek titanium-grey finish.
Equipped with a tried and tested Swiss ETA 2824-2 movement, the DS30 offers automatic winding, a date complication at 3 o’clock, and a 38-hour power reserve. The movement is precisely regulated by Damasko to deliver reliable performance and is shockproof in accordance with DIN 8308 standards.
Functionality meets wearability with curved lugs for comfort, drilled-through lug holes for easy strap changes, and a flat sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating for maximum dial clarity. The dial itself is finished in a deep green tone, featuring a crosshair layout, white Superluminova X1 C1-coated hour markers, and colour-matched date display. Black-coated hands filled with luminous paint ensure high legibility in all conditions.
The DS30 is rated to an impressive 200 metres of water resistance thanks to its triple-sealed screw-down crown system, another patented Damasko innovation. This unique system disengages the stem when the crown is screwed in, preventing damage from pressure, impact, or vibrations. An internal lubricant cell provides long-term smooth operation.
