The Damasko DK46 Black is a robust timepiece engineered for precision and built to withstand the harshest environments. The case, bezel, crown, and case back are all hardened and treated with the black DAMEST coating, enhancing durability and giving the watch a stealth, tactical aesthetic.
A standout feature is the bidirectional rotating bezel, made from the same ice-hardened steel and treated with ceramic ball bearings for precise indexing. The bezel markings are not printed but lasered in-house and filled with high-contrast white multi-component paint for long-lasting visibility. A sealed luminous bilight at 12 o’clock further enhances usability in low-light conditions. The 60-minute countdown or 12-hour dual-time ring adds practical timing functionality.
Powering the DK46 is the in-house Damasko A26-3 movement, regulated in six positions and equipped with a silicone escape wheel, bidirectional pawl winding system, and 42-hour power reserve. The triple-sealed, screw-down crown with integrated lubricant cell, Viton seals, and flat sapphire crystal ensure water resistance to 100 metres and maximum protection from environmental influences. The matte dial is highly legible, featuring luminescent white hour markers and hands, a yellow-tipped seconds hand, and a date/day display at the 3 o’clock position.
