The Damasko DK45 is a robust, aviation-inspired mechanical watch powered by the in-house A26-3 movement with a silicone escape wheel. Damasko DK45
The Damasko DK45 is the embodiment of functional durability fused with contemporary German watchmaking. Built around the renowned Damasko manufacture movement A26-3, this automatic watch includes a silicone escape wheel, 42-hour power reserve, and central hands for hour, minute, and second, as well as a clearly readable date and weekday display positioned off-centre at 3 o’clock. The technical refinement continues with a bi-directional rotating bezel, made from hardened stainless steel and treated with Damasko’s patented DAMEST coating for enhanced scratch resistance.
Designed for high readability in all conditions, the entire dial surface is coated in Superluminova C1 Grade X1 luminous paint, accented by black indices and red detailing at 12 o’clock. The signature sword hands are also painted black for contrast, with the second hand in vibrant red for at-a-glance legibility. The case is constructed entirely from Damasko’s patented ice-hardened stainless steel and is equipped with a screw-down crown and back, providing water resistance to 100 metres and enhanced shock and magnetic protection.
Aesthetically, the DK45 makes a bold statement with its aviator-style matte white dial and black bezel insert, which includes a 12-hour dual-time scale. The insert is lasered and hand-filled with multi-component white paint to prevent wear. Additional features such as curved lugs, a luminous bilight at 12, and Viton gaskets for enhanced sealing elevate this model as a serious tool watch. Every component, from the ceramic ball detents in the bezel to the anti-magnetic inner cage rated to 80,000 A/m, is designed for resilience and precision. The DK45 is available on a leather strap with red-and-white stitching or a matching ice-hardened stainless steel bracelet.
