The Damasko DK36 Black is a no-compromise mechanical watch built for daily wear and built to last. Featuring a matte black dial with bold Arabic numerals and crosshair layout, this piece balances a clean, minimalistic aesthetic with true instrument-watch functionality. Its understated yet tactical appearance links directly to Damasko’s legacy in aviation and engineering timepieces.
Constructed from Damasko’s patented ice-hardened stainless steel and treated with the ultra-durable black DAMEST coating, the entire case, case back and crown offer superior protection from scratches, corrosion, and impacts. The 40 mm case is bead-blasted for a refined, non-reflective finish, while the curved lugs and drilled holes ensure a snug and easy fit with strap changes.
The DK36 Black is driven by Damasko’s in-house A26-3 movement, providing 42 hours of power reserve and offering central hour, minute, and second hands, as well as a bilingual day-date display at 3 o’clock. The movement is regulated in six positions and enhanced with bidirectional pawl winding supported by two ceramic ball bearings, ensuring superior efficiency and longevity without the need for lubrication.
Luminova C1 Grade X1 coats the hour markers and sword-shaped hands for clear readability at all times. The watch is equipped with a sapphire crystal treated with anti-reflective coating on both sides and sealed with premium Viton gaskets for added chemical resistance. A choice of black rubber or leather strap complements the stealth styling of this high-performance tool watch.
