The Damasko DK30-2 is a refined mechanical timepiece that represents the perfect balance of utilitarian performance and modern elegance. Part of the DK3X-2 series, this model maintains the core Damasko aesthetic with a crosshair dial, bold luminous baton hands, and a rugged case crafted from German submarine steel. With its slim profile and clean black dial, it transitions effortlessly from professional settings to weekend wear.
The 39 mm case is constructed from bead-blasted German submarine steel, known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and anti-magnetic properties. Its dark titanium-grey hue enhances the understated tool-watch appeal. The case also features Damasko’s patented crown protection system and triple-sealed, screw-down crown, delivering robust water resistance to 200 metres. The exhibition case back reveals the beautifully skeletonised Damasko rotor and the precision German engineering within.
At the heart of the DK30-2 is the in-house Damasko A26-1 calibre, a self-winding movement that is both shockproof and anti-magnetic. Regulated in six positions, it offers a 42-hour power reserve and features Damasko’s innovative pawl winding system, which increases efficiency and eliminates the need for lubrication through the use of ceramic ball bearings. Durable hardened steel components replace traditional brass elements for long-term reliability.
The matte black dial is designed for optimum clarity, with bright white Superluminova X1 GL C1-coated indices and baton-shaped hands. A flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides ensures the time is easily legible, even in low light. With curved lugs and drilled through holes, strap changes are a breeze. A premium German-made leather or rubber strap ensures comfort and versatility.

The patented EPS spiral, crafted from polycrystalline silicone, addresses key limitations of traditional steel hairsprings – including material asymmetry, sensitivity to environmental forces, and degradation over time. Silicone’s inherent properties make the EPS spiral non-magnetic, highly elastic, and significantly lighter, reducing centrifugal effects during impact and maintaining stable oscillation even in extreme conditions.
