Damasko DC70-2 – Green
The DC70-2 continues the success story of DAMASKO chronographs featuring a central stop-minute display. It is powered by the brand’s patented, in-house C51-1 movement – hand-assembled and exceptionally precise. Once fully wound, the calibre offers up to 50 hours of power reserve. Its clean dial layout ensures optimal legibility, making it an ideal companion for daily wear and high-performance use.
Part of the DC7X series, the DC70-2 is inspired by the historic Lemania 5100 chronograph, designed to improve legibility and function. The series’ key feature is the springing 60-minute central counter, which allows elapsed time to be read with ease across the entire diameter of the dial.
The DC70-2 introduces a more refined and minimal dial layout than other models in the series, offering a clear and instrumental look. It is NATO Military Standard MIL-STD-810 certified, capable of enduring high-stress environments while maintaining performance and readability.
The watch features a bead-blasted case made from Damasko’s proprietary surface-hardened austenitic instrument steel. This homogeneous steel composition ensures stability, purity, and long-term durability across the entire case, bezel, crown, and pushers. The C51 calibre is regulated in five positions and tested to deliver high precision. It is shockproof to DIN 8308 and anti-magnetic to DIN 8309.
Designed for robust use, the watch includes curved lugs for improved wrist comfort, a screw-down case back and crown, and a double-domed sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating. The luminous white dial features Luminova C1 X1 coated markers and hands with a trapezoidal index at 12 o’clock.
The DAMASKO crown and pusher system includes triple-sealing, disengaging stems when screwed down, and long-lasting internal lubrication. Viton gaskets throughout the case offer advanced chemical resistance and extended lifespan.
Hidden within the case is an anti-magnetic cage that protects the movement to a rating of 80,000 A/m or 100 mT. The model is fitted with a high-quality leather strap and bead-blasted buckle for a secure and comfortable fit.
