Damasko DK30-2 – Ocean
The Damasko DK30-2 – Ocean combines crisp German engineering with a refined minimalist aesthetic. Part of the DK3X-2 series, this version brings a fresh, ocean-blue dial into a robust, German submarine steel case that is bead-blasted and surface hardened. At its core is Damasko’s in-house A26-1 movement, visible through the sapphire crystal case back and packed with technical refinements, including a bidirectional pawl winding system and ceramic ball bearings for efficient, maintenance-free winding.
The matte blue dial features bold baton hands and luminous white hour markers treated with Superluminova X1 GL C1, ensuring high visibility in any lighting condition. With a water resistance of up to 200 metres and a screw-down crown utilising Damasko’s patented sealing system, this timepiece is made to withstand pressure and precision alike. Its curved lugs and drilled-through lug holes offer comfort and convenience, while the sapphire crystal ensures scratch resistance and glare reduction.
Inside, the A26 movement is regulated in six positions and built to DIN 8308 and 8309 standards for shock resistance and anti-magnetic performance. Its skeletonised rotor and tungsten mass, mounted on ceramic ball bearings, enhance winding performance while eliminating the need for lubricant. Hardened steel replaces brass in critical hand-winding components to improve durability over time.

The patented EPS spiral, crafted from polycrystalline silicone, addresses key limitations of traditional steel hairsprings – including material asymmetry, sensitivity to environmental forces, and degradation over time.
