The rotating bezel with an orientation marker at the “12” is both functional and eye-catching. All indices and hands are coated with a generous lashing of luminous material to enhance visibility in dimly lit environments. Furthermore, the use of baton hands and indices maximises the available reflective surface.
‘S’ – used here in the M2 Seven Seas S collection denotes: steely, sporty & spectacular. Timepieces in the ‘S’ series feature brushed and partially polished stainless steel cases with unique visual and tactile qualities.
The 44mm case easily withstands an enormous pressure of 50 atm, which is equivalent to the conditions that prevail at a depth of 500 meters below the water’s surface. The enclosed case back and crown are screwed in to ensure water tightness at these levels. Lateral flanks provide the crown with additional protection against impact and the antireflective sapphire crystal case front is three millimetres thick and has a hardness of nine Mohs: only a diamond is harder!
The well-protected, automatic Caliber Tutima 330 reliably measures the time which remains perfectly legible even in the dark thanks to the Super-LumiNova.
Pieces in the M2 Seven Seas S series are available with a stainless steel bracelet or a blue, colour-matched two-component strap suitable for water contact.
The blue dial provides something a little different, yet decidedly understated for those who require a watch to perform and look good across a range of activities. NB: optional delivery on a blue rubber/leather band available upon request – please inquire with order if this is your reference.
