MeisterSinger Panthero Jumping Hour Guilloché – Blue (ED-PTJHG914)

Description

MeisterSinger Panthero Jumping Hour Guilloché – Blue

The MeisterSinger Panthero Jumping Hour Guilloché – Blue presents time through an entirely new visual language for the brand. Instead of relying on conventional centrally mounted hour and minute hands, the Panthero places the hour inside a perfectly round aperture, where it advances instantaneously at the top of each hour. Minutes are read from a finely sculpted hand positioned away from the centre of the dial, travelling across a superimposed, off-centre minute ring. The arrangement is minimalist and intuitive, yet visually rich, creating an unusual sense of balance, depth and movement.

At the heart of the watch is its extraordinary blue guilloché dial. Each dial is produced entirely by hand using a historical, manually operated guilloché machine. Line by line, the pattern is physically cut into the surface by an experienced craftsperson, requiring concentration, patience and exceptional control. As a result, the subtle variations created during the process mean that every dial possesses its own individual character.

The layered architecture is complemented by a rotating seconds indication derived from MeisterSinger’s fermata logo. The circular element turns continuously with each passing second, its form recalling a radiant sun while adding another moving component to the otherwise tranquil display. Together with the jumping hour aperture and off-centre minute ring, it gives the Panthero a distinctive visual rhythm without compromising the clarity of the time display.

The stainless steel case measures 40.5 mm in diameter and 11.25 mm in height. Viewed from the front, the exceptionally narrow case rim places almost all visual emphasis on the dial itself, while the side profile introduces a more sculptural character through carefully finished surfaces. Polished and brushed areas work together to highlight the case geometry, while the distinctive spiral-shaped crown adds an individual finishing detail. A domed sapphire crystal protects the dial, and the watch is water-resistant to 5 bar.

Inside is the automatic MeisterSinger MS-JH-01 movement, based on the proven Sellita SW300 and fitted with a purpose-designed module responsible for the jumping hour mechanism. Through the exhibition caseback, the mechanical construction can be viewed alongside a specially shaped rotor inspired by three interlocking MeisterSinger fermatas. The logo and central ring surrounding the rotor bearing are finished in anthracite, while the movement provides a power reserve of approximately 47 hours.

Positioned as a new flagship within the MeisterSinger collection, the Panthero Jumping Hour represents an ambitious combination of mechanical innovation, traditional decorative craftsmanship and unconventional time display. From its newly developed case and jumping hour module to the hand-guilloché blue dial, it introduces a distinctly different direction for MeisterSinger while remaining closely connected to the brand’s long-standing fascination with changing the way time is perceived. The blue Guilloché edition is meticulously produced in a limited series of just 25 pieces.

A new flagship has arrived at MeisterSinger, and it changes the familiar rules of how the brand displays time. The Panthero Jumping Hour Guilloché – Blue places the hour inside an instantaneous jumping aperture while a sculpted off-centre hand follows the minutes across a raised circular scale. Even the seconds have been reconsidered, represented by a continuously rotating element shaped from MeisterSinger’s fermata logo. Behind it all sits the MS-JH-01 automatic movement, combining the proven Sellita SW300 with a specially engineered jumping hour module. What makes this particular edition even more special is the blue dial. Each one is individually cut by hand using a historical manually operated guilloché machine, making the surface the product of genuine human craft rather than a replicated industrial pattern. Limited to only 25 pieces, the Panthero Jumping Hour Guilloché – Blue marks a significant new chapter for MeisterSinger.
