Description
Lang & Heyne Johann Platinum
The highly educated and artistically gifted monarch, King Johann, not only translated Dante’s “Divine Comedy” into German, but also created several literary works of his own. His diligent and innovative nature led him to examine and renew numerous aristocratic rules, leading Saxony into a period of booming economic development in the 1800s.
Like its namesake, this collection concentrates on the essentials of functionality, portraying the timeless elegance of a small second complication on its bipartite dial. Simple, elegant and straightforward, yet stunningly beautiful like the principles that drove the man.
This collection features three case materials: massive 18ct rose gold, stainless steel, and 950 platinum. Further distinction is made by the dial colour which can be either pristine white, double-sunk enamel or solid silver, galvanic black.
Each piece has its own appeal and is very much driven by the needs and preferences of its wearer.
The platinum timepiece perfectly combines contemporary materials with classic design and rose gold hands to deliver an exquisite and collectable timepiece for a unique individual.
