Habring2’s Felix Sport features the robust and exact A11B, manual movement developed and manufactured in-house by Richard and Maria Habring and their skilled team. As such, Felix centres on the balanced and technically perfect, chronometer-standard calibre which is enhanced by a crisp dial design and elegantly finished case.
The eye-catching blue dial shifts its tone as light plays across the metallic surface to deliver depth and vibrancy with each wrist movement. Contrast and legibility are enhanced via lume-filled, Arabic numerals and hands while the small second at 9 o’clock enjoys its own space without cluttering the main timekeeping.
The polished, steel case with bevelled bezel holds a sapphire crystal case front in place and frames a generous crystal, exhibition case which back affords an excellent view to the proprietary, manual movement within.
Felix is the perfect watch for slimmer wrists thanks to the moulded lugs and neat 38.5mm case diameter. The sportier interpretation of this classic works well on a colourful NATO-style band but can be given a more minimalistic look on a tone-in-tone leather band. But really, it has to be the NATO…right! Or maybe you can add your own flare to this winner.
